Google has been testing this features for some time now. (ref). Before you had to log out or use different browser to log into different account. Now the multiple account sign-in is official and lots of people is enjoying the features. Mashable post

But if you are among the unlucky one who couldn’t set up the feature like me- here is the good news! I couldn’t set up Multiple account log-in but could successfully log-into multiple accounts! After taking several attempts and exactly following how to instruction on Google Accounts Help , I gave up. Besides, there’s a frustrating message for the unlucky one: “Not all accounts can use multiple sign-in at this time. We’re working hard to enable this feature for everyone and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.”

Then I followed the old school method and hurray!!  I can log-in to multiple accounts. Just ignore the settings for now and open new tab in your browser , log into the Google service you want to! If you are already logged-in to the service with the first logged account, simply log out and log-in with different credential.  At least it worked for me.
