By the way, The company (Technorati) has acknowledged this problem. And after about 1 year, for the first time an employee has noticed this and cared to reply. I ain’t sure if her solution works or not. But definitely worth try! I will update you the outcome.

Update: 19 Jan, 2011

Lots of people ask about the time usually it takes to complete an request (irrespective of acceptance or rejection). Well, The Technorati crawler crawled my post as soon as I requested for verification. Though I had to refresh the page to see the update. They says:

Jan 17, 2011. We have successfully crawled your blog and found the claim token, and your claim is now awaiting review. You may now remove the claim token from your feed.

Unfortunately, the status is the same for the last three days and they said It will be reviewed sequentially, they have lots of request in que. I will keep posting update here.

But if you are among the unlucky one who couldn’t set up the feature like me- here is the good news! I couldn’t set up Multiple account log-in but could successfully log-into multiple accounts! After taking several attempts and exactly following how to instruction on Google Accounts Help , I gave up. Besides, there’s a frustrating message for the unlucky one: “Not all accounts can use multiple sign-in at this time. We’re working hard to enable this feature for everyone and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.”

Then I followed the old school method and hurray!!  I can log-in to multiple accounts. Just ignore the settings for now and open new tab in your browser , log into the Google service you want to! If you are already logged-in to the service with the first logged account, simply log out and log-in with different credential.  At least it worked for me.

How to disable Aero in Windows Vista:

Microsoft put a lot of Vista’s visual enhancements under one technological and marketing umbrella: Aero. Among those features are the thumbnails of your windows that appear when you hover the mouse pointer over the taskbar, as well as the Flip 3D view you get by pressing Windows-Tab. Aero adds a little practicality and a lot of panache to the Vista user interface, and personally, I like it.

If your PC is underpowered or overloaded, however, Aero may be more trouble than it’s worth. To turn it off, right-click the Windows desktop and select Personalize, Window Color and Appearance. In the resulting ‘Window Color and Appearance’ dialog box, click Open classic appearance properties for more color options (if you don’t see the option, that means Aero is already turned off). Select Windows Vista Basic and click OK.

McClelland’s Learned Theory:

McClelland has proposed a theory of motivation that is closely associated with learning concepts. He believes that many needs are acquired from the culture. Three of these learned needs are the need for achievement (n Ach), the need for affiliation (n Aff), and the need for power (n Pow).

McClelland contends that when a need is strong in a person, it’s effect is to motivate the person to use behavior that leads to it’s satisfaction. For example, having a high n Ach encourages an individual to set challenging goals, to work hard to achieve the goals, and to use the skills and abilities needed to achieve them.

Based on research results McClelland developed a descriptive set of factors that reflect a high need for achievement. These are:

1.The person likes to take responsibility for solving problems.

2.The person tends to set moderate achievement goals and is inclined to take calculated risks.

3.The person desires feedback on performance.

The need for affiliation (n Aff) reflects a desire to interact socially with people. A person with a high need for affiliation is concerned about the quality of important personal relationships, and thus, social relationships take precedence over task accomplishment. A person with a high need for power (n Pow), meanwhile, concentrates on obtaining and exercising power and authority. He or she is concerned with influencing others and winning arguments. Power has two possible orientations according to McClelland. It can be negative in that the person exercising it emphasizes dominance and submission. Or power can be positive in that it reflects persuasive and inspirational behavior. The main theme of McClelland’s theory is that these needs are learned through coping with one’s environment. Since needs are learned, behavior which is rewarded tends to recur at a higher frequency. Managers who are rewarded for achievement behavior learn to take moderate risks and to achieve goals. Similarly, a high need for affiliation or power can be traced to a history of receiving rewards for sociable, dominant, or inspirational behavior. As a result of the learning process, individuals develop unique configurations of needs that affect their behavior and performance.

01: PermaTabs_mod: Probably you already know about this firefox addons, still I talk about this addons because the developer of PermaTab (David Morisson) decided not to provide update for Firefox3 but I really like this addons and one of my favourites! Thanks to a coder named Deos who decided not to wait for the original developer to update PermaTabs, so he whipped up PermaTabs Mod. It functions just like its namesake, but works in Firefox 3.

Turn tabs of your choice into permanent tabs. PermaTabs_mod can’t be closed accidentally no matter what you click (even actions like “Close other tabs” will not affect them) and will stick around between sessions. Ideal for keeping URLs you use often, always one tab away. Also, ideal for picking up specific articles where you left off during a previous session. Adding or removing a permatab is simple – right click a site’s tab, and check/uncheck “Permanent Tab”. You can make any open tab “Permanent” by hitting Alt-P. (You can also right-click a tab and choose Permanent Tab from the context menu.) Said tabs turn yellow so they’re easily distinguished from regular ones, though you can choose any color by dipping into the Options menu. Honestly, I’d be lost without this extension. I use it as a kind of temporary-bookmark feature, so I can easily return to sites I want to revisit in my next session. It’s a must-have for Firefox users.

02. You can’t open word document if it was saved in Microsoft Office 2007′s .docx format and you are using Office XP or 2003! Same thing happens for Powerpoint or Excel file format (.xlsx or .pptx). Everybody should know the fact that Microsoft corporation realized their stupidity long before and provided solutions: Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats. Unfortunately I find lots of people still struggle for this file format incompatibility! There’s also a High-priority update for Office XP/2003 pacage on the download page and Microsoft highly recommends you install that update too.
After installing “Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats”, you’ll be capable of viewing or editing word document, excel spreedsheet and powerpoint presentation of Office 2007 format using Microsoft Office XP/2003. Good day!
